JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offence punishable under Section 47(a) of the Excise Act. Taking into consideration that huge amount of country made liquor etc. were recovered from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Complaint Case III (C III) No. 29 of 2015, pending in the Court of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, stands rejected.
However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months, if the trial is not concluded within the stipulated time.
