2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/41(2)(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. Total 898.23 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from a pickup van.

4. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of vehicle in question and has got no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of

No.42119 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise Court No. 2, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 207 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
