Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that the husband of the deceased has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.11728 of 2017 for the reason that the marriage was solemnized in the year 2001 and death was caused in the year 2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20579 of 2017 (2) dt.02-05-2017 satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Munger/Successor Court, in connection with Munger Kotwali P.S. Case No.275 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
