The report of learned trial court goes to show that the prosecution closed its evidence on 12-08-2016 but after that, a petition u/S 311 of the Cr.P.C. was filed on behalf of the petitioner. Moreover, it has been reported by the trial court that presently, case of the petitioner is pending for defence evidence and the same is likely to be disposed off within a month. Considering the report of trial court as well as the allegation, levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 603 of 2015 stands rejected.
