JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 The petitioner was earlier granted licence for Public Distribution Shop bearing licence No.68/Bihar/2010. The petitioner submits that the grant of licence in his favour was challenged in C.W.J.C. No.4823 of 2010 which was disposed of by order dated 18.6.2012.

The petitioner submits that his licence was withdrawn as he was granted licence under wrong category. He submits that he had rendered unblemished service for five years. He has also filed a representation for consideration of his case under appropriate

Without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the licensing authority to dispose of the petitioner's representation after affording him a reasonable opportunity of being heard within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
