1. Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, seeks permission to make rectification in paragraph '1' of the anticipatory bail application.
2. Permission is accorded.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
4. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ghosi (Okari) P.S. Case No. 206 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 325, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

No.44132 of 2023(2) dt.24-08-2023 2/3 petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on account of dispute relating to land, an altercation took place and Satyam and Shivam snatched gold chain of Sunita, thereafter Shivam fired causing injury on her abdomen, next alleges that Ravi Ranjan fired causing injury to Bipin and Shyam Bahadur fired at Nivas and thereafter accused fled firing in the air.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that from perusal of the allegations as alleged in the FIR it would manifest that no specific allegation of firing is alleged against the petitioner, it is further submitted that Satyam is alleged to have snatched chain of Sunita which appears to be ornamental in nature and as far as petitioner no.2 is concerned, there is no allegation against him. Learned counsel further submits that petitioners are young boys aged about 22 and 19 years respectively and if they are sent to judicial custody, in the nature of allegations as alleged, their entire career would be jeopardised and chances are bright that they may come in contact with hardened criminals.
7. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

8. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Ghosi (Okari) P.S. Case No. 206 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Rishi/- U T
