2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323, 341, 307, 324, 354B, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner assaulted on the head of the informant with farsa.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 18.2.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody as well as clean antecedent of the petitioner, prayer
