The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016, registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, it has only come in the statement of Bhushan Paswan that he had seen the petitioner and four others fleeing from the place of occurrence. Further submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2016. Further submission is that petitioner is accused in three other cases, but he is on bail in those cases.
