1. The petitioner has filed the present writ application seeking protection of life and property from the respondent nos. 5 & 6.

2. According to the petitioner the petitioner along with his family members have 01 Acre 68.75 decimals of land appertaining to Khata No. 512, Plot No. 814, Tauzi No. 5435, Thana No. 20 situated at Mauza- Rustamabad Kurkuri, PSPhulwarisharif, district: Patna and besides the aforesaid, the petitioner is having a big chunk of land, which is his ancestral property.

3. The respondent no. 6 is a land broker dealing in sale and purchase of land and is having greedy eyes over the petitioner's land and as such, he is pressurizing and threatening the petitioner to sale his landed property.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has also sent legal notice to the respondent no. 6 and has filed representation before the DIG, Patna seeking protection but no action has been taken.

5. Taking into consideration the nature of prayer made in the writ application, let the petitioner file a representation before the Additional Superintendent of Police, Phulwarisharif within fifteen days from today with further direction to the Additional Superintendent of Police, Phulwarisharif, Patna to dispose the representation within two months from the date of filing of the representation.

6. Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) praful/- U
