The petitioner seeks bail in Sono P.S. Case No. 153 of 2016 registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

F.I.R. was lodged against unknown. During the course of investigation, the witnesses disclosed that Mukesh was saying to Panjabi to flee away from the place of occurrence. It is submitted that nobody identified the petitioner. The petitioner was apprehended on 02.12.2016, but he has not been put on T.I.P. No looted article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned APP does not dispute these facts.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18805 of 2017 (3) dt.11-05-2017 2/2 petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 153 of 2016.
