The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (A) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Amendment Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. As per FIR and seizure list liquor recovered from the tea shop at Belchhi Market of Sujit Kumar.
