Four bottles Nepali Saufi liquor are said to have been recovered from possession of each of the petitioners for which petitioners are in jail custody since 27.05.2016. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahna at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan ( Jhrokhar) P.S.Case No. 153 of 2016.
