Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 384, 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners were caught while they were collecting levy from the vehicles on the direction of one Dr. S.N.A. Imam. Petitioners are in jail custody since 30.5.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.
Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that petitioners are members of labour union and, as a matter of fact, they have been implicated in this case at the behest of rival union of the petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on
