The petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2017 in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 263 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his name has been taken by mischievous persons of the locality, though there is no recovery of any incriminating articles from his possession. It is further submitted that petitioner is the mobile shop owner of the area and has nothing to do with the occurrence. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20694 of 2018 (3) dt.07-05-2018 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Muzuffarpur in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 263 of 2017.
