This application, under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to cancel the bail bonds of the opposite party no.2, as furnished by him in the light of the order dated 09.03.2018 passed by the Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi, in B.P. No.747 of 2018 allowing the prayer of the opposite party no.2 to grant him the privilge of bail in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No.115 of 2017 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court below.
I find no reason to cancel the bail bonds of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54519 of 2019(3) dt.16-09-2019 2/2 opposite party no.2 as furnished by him in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No.115 of 2017 in the light of the order dated 09.03.2018 passed by the Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi, in B.P. No.747 of 2018. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
