The petitioner seeks bail in Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 05/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner appeared for interview, but left hand thumb impression was not tallied with the left hand thumb impression taken at the time of written examination and it transpired that in place of the petitioner somebody else appeared at the written examination. The petitioner is in jail since 11.01.2017. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for three months, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
