Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 34, 27 of the Arms Act.

The F.I.R. was lodged against unknown after recovery of the dead body of the son of the informant from field side. During investigation, suspicion was raised that since victim had some affairs with the daughter of the petitioner, he committed the murder.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the fact that there is no direct evidence against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18031 of 2018 (4) dt.26-06-2018 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Motihari Nagar Police Station Case No. 673 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
