JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 20 liters of toddy is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner but, admittedly, petitioner was not caught on the spot. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S.Case No. 93 of 2016/G.R. No.979 of 2016.
