JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 08-11-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel representing the State and learned counsel representing the opposite party no.2.

It is submitted that on behalf of the petitioner and opposite party no.2 that in terms of order dated 18.05.2017 permanent alimony of Rs. 1,00000/- (one lac) has already been deposited in the account of opposite party no.2 and, as such, provisional bail granted should be confirmed. The learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 has got no objection.

In the result the provisional bail granted vide Order dated 19.04.2017 is hereby confirmed.
