Since the order impugned was passed as a stopgap

Patna High Court LPA No.1478 of 2013 (3) dt.23-02-2017 2/2 arrangement subject to final adjudication by the assessing authority no purpose would be served by interfering since four years have gone past since then.

In the opinion of the Court the decision of the Assessing authority if taken should govern the issue now. The appeal is dismissed.
