In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Neema Chandpura P.S. Case No.11 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant apprehends that the petitioner and other persons are involved in the murder of his son; reason has been assigned with respect to removal of his Bhabhu from the post of Anganbari Sevika.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28515 of 2016 (2) dt.25-07-2016 2/2 Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
