2. The petitioner is aggrieved by an order, dated 19.11.2016, passed by learned Sessions Judge, Siwan, in Cr. Appeal No. 54 of 2016, whereby, he has refused to interfere with an order, dated 16.09.2016, passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Siwan (hereinafter referred to as the 'J.J. Board') in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 3 of 2016, rejecting petitioner's application for his release on bail.

3. The petitioner has been declared juvenile and he

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.300 of 2017 dt.24-04-2017 2/2 is an accused of commission of offence punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. In compliance of this Court's earlier order, dated 08.04.2017, the J.J. Board has submitted his report as regards status of the enquiry, contemplated under Section 14 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, from which it appears that the case is fixed for prosecution evidence.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without interfering with the orders impugned, I dispose of this application with a direction to the J.J. Board to conclude enquiry against the petitioner within a period of four (4) months from today. If the enquiry is not concluded within the aforesaid period of four months, the petitioner shall be at liberty to apply for his release on bail before appropriate forum.

6. This application stands disposed of but with the observation as above.
