The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 138 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 304(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is said to have committed dowry death of the daughter of the informant and cremated her dead body without giving information to the maternal people of the deceased in association of his family members. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is quite innocent and has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. He has been falsely implicated in this case by the informant due to animosity. He
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14069 of 2018(3) dt.17-05-2018 2/2 happens to be father-in-law of the deceased. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather omnibus. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 7.10.2017. On the other hand, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati District-Gaya in connection with Amas P.S.
