The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that an unidentified dead body was recovered. The name of the petitioner has been surfaced during investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no substantive material against the petitioner. He has placed reliance on the order of this Court by which Ram Briksh Mahto and Rekha Devi have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 5017 of 2016 and 52996 of 2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32744 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Yogendra Mahto @ Jogendra Mahto @ Ghantol Mahto, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional sessions Judge, Rosera, Samastipur in S.T. No.295 of 2016, arising out of Rosera P.S. Case No.158 of 2015.
