This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 147, 323, 341, 307, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of injury with the butt of the pistol.

The doctor has found simple injuries. The petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kaler P.S. Case No. 51 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15870 of 2017 (2) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
