This is an appeal under Section 14(a)(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (hereinafter in short referred to as the 'SC/ST Act), against the refusal of prayer of anticipatory bail vide order dated 17.07.2021 passed by learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Rohtas in connection with Dehri P.S. Case No. 124/2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (i)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.3578 of 2021(4 ) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 By the order dated 23.09.2021, the appellants were granted provisional bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court and case diary was called for.

I perused the case diary, there is no material evidence in the case diary against the appellants.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional bail granted to the appellants on 23.09.2023 is hereby confirmed.
