JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,342,307,379,504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the petitioner along with others surrounded the informant, assaulted with lathi and snatched rupees thirty five thousand, wrist watch and mobile. The impugned order reflects that out of four injuries two injuries have been fond to be grievous.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled and the accusation is omnibus and general.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23706 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 2 of 2015 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Darbhanga. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
