2. The petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2016 in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 71 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 366A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event, the thrust of accusation is against other accused persons as evident from the deposition of the girl in question recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Similarly situated co-accused Rajo Chauhan has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 26050 of 2016

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 71 of 2015 with the following conditions: (i) That one of the bailors shall be a close relative of the

(ii) That the petitioner shall not indulge in any similar offence.
