JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 24-05-2017 Counter affidavit was duly served upon the petitioner way back on 09.04.2015 wherein details of payments have been indicated in paragraph 7. Since a sum of Rs.1,62,278/- was recoverable from the petitioner for the amount he had drawn for construction of school etc., if he refunds the said amount or provides evidence of its proper utilization, then, in case the other dues has not been settled and paid should be done within a reasonable time frame.

Writ is disposed of.
