The petitioner, in custody since 17.10.2017, seeks bail in connection with Khajauli P.S.Case No. 79 of 2017 registered under Section 392 of the Indian penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Rs. 250/- was recovered from the possession of the petitioner but that was his personal money, besides this, there is no other material and he was not put on TIP though he has one criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Kishan Raj Singh @ Kanhaiya Singh, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Madhubani in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 79 of 2017.
