JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order contained in Memo No. 417 dated 16.04.2011 passed by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Patna which is under challenge, in this writ application.
Patna High Court CWJC No.10699 of 2011 (6) dt.23-08-2017 2/2 Permission is accorded.
The petitioners shall file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law. It has further been pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners were granted interim relief by this court vide order dated08.07.2011. The petitioners will be at liberty to file separate application for grant of any interim relief, if so advised, during the pendency of the appeal, within a period of ten days from the date of filing of the appeal. The said application filed by the petitioners shall be disposed of within a period of twenty days.
The present application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
