The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.555 of 2013 in which cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under sections 406, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Complaint
