The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Banka (Panjwara) P.S. Case No. 269 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 325, 308 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant with iron rod and bamboo stick.

It is submitted that the injuries found on the head is simple in nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that from perusal of the injury report, it appears that the informant got as many as three injuries, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
