2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per F.I.R., 38.94 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from the street situated near the house of the petitioners.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioners and have been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail

6. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court-I, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 270/2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
