ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-03-2017 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned Government Advocate No. 2 appearing on behalf of the State.

A second supplementary show cause as well as third supplementary show cause have been filed in Court today indicating that the payment orders have already been issued in favour of the petitioner. It is submitted that whatever payments are required to be made, shall be available to the petitioner in a few days.

Accordingly, the contempt application need not proceed any further as there has been substantial compliance of the order

Patna High Court MJC No.1307 of 2012 (7) dt.21-03-2017 passed by this Court.

Counsel for the petitioner also submits that the payment orders have been annexed with the application and therefore, he is satisfied with the payments having been made. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties are now accepted.

The personal appearance of the concerned officer(s) stands dispensed with.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
