The petitioner seeks bail in Hasapura P.S. Case No.102 of 2020 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The police raided the house of the petitioner in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No.302 of 2019 and recovered one country made pistol fitted with magazine and one empty magazine. Only one cartridge was found in the fitted magazine of the pistol and for that the petitioner is in jail since 18.05.2020. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than eight months and it is stated in para 3 of the bail petition that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37005 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2021 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Hasapura P.S. Case No.102 of 2020.
