2. This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Salimpur P.S. Case No. 318 of 2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 80 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the allegation, the daughter of the informant was married with co-accused Abhimanu Kumar @ Monu Kumar four years ago. It has been alleged that the petitioners and other co-accused persons used to torture the daughter of the informant for non fulfillment of dowry demand and ultimately she was murdered and her dead body was hung in the house.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioner no. 1 happens to be married sister-in-law (Nanad) while petitioner no.2 happens to be brother-in-law (Nandosi) and husband of petitioner no. 1, and there appears to be general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. It has further been submitted that petitioner no. 1 lives with her husband, petitioner no.2, in her matrimonial house and had no concern with the day to day affairs of the deceased. It has further been submitted at the bar that the husband of the deceased Abhimanu Kumar @ Monu Kumar is in judicial custody since 12.06.2026. It has further been submitted that the autopsy surgeon has not found any signs of struggle over whole body and also no external injuries were found and the opinion regarding death has been opined to be cardio-respiratory arrest caused by sudden cardiac arrest. It has lastly been submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
6. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the death was within seven years of marriage and there are allegations against the petitioners.

7. Heard the parties and perused the record. Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Barh, Patna, in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 318 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
