JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-12-2016 This application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to pay revised pension, gratuity and other pensionary benefits of the petitioner with effect from 1.2.1996 because the petitioner retired on 31.1.1996.
2. It is admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.8847 of 2012 dt.08-12-2016 2/2 that during the pendency of the application the office of the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna has authorized the revised retiral benefits of the petitioner and after receiving the same, the respondent no.6 has forwarded it to the Treasury Officer, Saran for payment to the petitioner in his pension account at Saran pursuant to which the revised pension of the petitioner has already been paid in his account at S.B.I., Sitalpur Branch, Chapra. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.
3. In view of the aforesaid admission by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of.
