2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 30.10.2015, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 75 of 2016 arising out of Samho P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015 having earlier been rejected by order dated 21.07.2016 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 24786 of 2016.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed.
