JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 After having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the review petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner- opposite party no.1 herein, this Court does not find any good ground to review the order dated 28.10.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No.16484 of 2012, whereby the aforesaid writ petition filed on behalf of the writ petitioneropposite party no.1 herein was allowed with certain directions

Patna High Court C. REV. No.83 of 2015 (2) dt.20-05-2015 2/2 indicated in paragraph 16 and 17 of that judgment. Admittedly, the review petitioners, being aggrieved by the aforesaid judgment / order, filed L.P.A. No. 7 of 2015 before a Division Bench of this Court belatedly, which was finally disposed of by an order dated 19.01.2015 (Annexure-2), in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellants therein to withdraw the aforesaid L.P.A. with a liberty to file a review application. I have heard learned counsel for the parties at length, but do not find any good ground to review the aforesaid order/judgment dated 28.10.2013 (Annexure-1). The civil review application seems to be completely misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
