2. The petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2016 in connection with Thakaraha (Bhitaha) P.S. Case No. 92 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Section 47 of the Excise Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated with allegation that only two litres of the country made liquor was recovered from the dickey of motor-cycle. The petitioner claims clean antecedent

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Thakaraha (Bhitaha) P.S. Case No. 92 of 2016.
