Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is named in the first information report but admittedly, no one sustained any firearm injury and one old lady is said to have sustained injury in this case caused by hard and blunt substance.

The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that coaccused Ramanand Yadav and others have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 12.4.2016. No doubt, petitioner does have criminal antecedent but considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as

Case no. 43/2013.
