The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 346 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 448, 341, 323, 307, 379, 386, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation made in the F.I.R. as well as number of criminal cases pending against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.
