This writ petition was filed on 05.12.2014. We are in 2018.

At this stage, the Court does not find any justification to adjudicate the claim of the petitioner vis-a-vis respondent no.9. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to file

Patna High Court CWJC No.20639 of 2014(2) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), East Champaran, Motihari who may pass appropriate order ensuring handing over charge to the petitioner, if there is no otherwise impediment in handing over the charge by respondent no.9 to this petitioner.

The appropriate order in this regard, may be passed by the District Programme Officer, East Champaran after hearing the petitioner and respondent no.9 within a maximum period of four month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
