JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324,353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that during anti-encroachment drive the petitioner was lifting bamboo as a result the informant received injury. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in course of moving bamboo the informant was hurt and injury has been found to be simple in nature. Considering the fact that petitioner is lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23743 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No.93 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
