The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sikti P.S. Case No. 89 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 504, 506, 379 and 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36366 of 2019(2) dt.12-06-2019 2/2 Code.
On perusal of the record, it appears that there is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity and land dispute.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Sharma, J.M. Ist Class, Araria in connection with Sikti P.S. Case No. 89 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
