JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 394,365 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant while was returning from Manjhaul the miscreants stopped the Bolero PIK Up vehicle of the informant, dragged him out of the vehicle and the mobile, cash of Rs.7400 and driving licence were robbed. Subsequently, the informant escaped from the captivity. The FIR is against unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up in confession of co accused.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that only on confessional statement of the co accused the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25100 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 2/2 petitioner is sought to be apprehended.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 390 of 2013 pending in the court of learned CJM, Lakhisarai.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
