1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.02.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.76 of 2021, arising out of Rupaspur P.S. Case No.492 of 2019.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41905 of 2022(4) dt.15-12-2025 2/2 with Rupaspur P.S. Case No.492 of 2019.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No.492 of 2019.
