Patna High Court CWJC No.9660 of 2015 (2) dt.25-04-2016 2/2 25-04-2016 Heard learned counsel, Mr. Ratan Kumar Sinha, for the petitioner and learned counsel, Mr. Parthsarthi, for the respondent.
By the order dated 28.01.2015, the Court below has directed both the parties to maintain status-quo and subsequently by order dated 09.03.2015, the learned Court below directed the office to communicate the order of status-quo to all concerned. Admittedly, the injunction application is still pending and no final order in injunction matter has been passed. So far order dated 28.01.2015 is concerned, the learned Court below has passed interim injunction under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
So far the order dated 09.03.2015 is concerned, it is only an official order or the routine order passed by the Court below. Therefore, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order and accordingly, this writ application is dismissed.
