2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2), 111 & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. It is alleged that co-accused Dilip Kumar, coaccused Manoj Ray and Rudal Ray (petitioner), in connivance with some staff of Registry office, Muzaffarpur, are indulged in selling other's land by claiming it to be their own by creating false document and committed fraud worth crores of rupees. It is further alleged that when police conducted raid, several documents were seized from the house of this petitioner and other co-accused persons. As per paragraph - 3 of the petition, petitioner has got three criminal antecedent, out of which, two cases are of similar nature.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
